The company rep really pushed us to buy this, without having time to review other products. It was marketed as a micro necklace, but it is several inches wide and high, bulky and has to be worn outside the clothing. This is not for someone who wants to be discreet. It also has to be charged each night, so if the wearer gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, they have to think to take it out of the charging cradle or go without. For people with memory problems, this does not work. Staff were helpful in returning this free of charge.
