Great Customer Service
I worked with Tom and he was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledge. I was helping my mother purchase a device and Tom and I had several conversations throughout the selection and ordering process. He returned my calls quickly and answered all my questions. The entire transaction was very comfortable and I felt this device was exactly what my mom needed.

Need to test device before shipping to customer
Mobile Help was very attentive to our needs and product was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, device wasn’t tested and they shipped a defective product (microphone broken). We had to start at square one and have another one shipped. Frustrating when we were trying to teach elderly person how to use it.
