So happy to have Mobile Alert for my Mom who is alone at her home. And I'm especially thankful she has it if anything happens in the night time she will have immediate help. Later on, I was so pleased with their service, I bought another one for my Mother in Law as well.

This is my 4th system bought for family and friends

I went online to research health alert systems, and chose MobileHelp as one of two companies to get information from. I received a call from Samantha, a MobileHealth rep, and she was very personable and thorough in explaining my options. The system is for my elderly parent (95 and 97 and still living independently). I chose the Mobile Duo option, so each of them will have a monitor. Samantha made the experience very easy to understand!

Donna was a great help at getting my dad set up with a system that is perfect for him. Gives us a peace of mind when it comes to dad's safety.

Samantha was very helpful during the initial encounter and purchase. Today, we set up the system. Testing went well. I called with a tech question, and the man I spoke to ( can’t recall his name) was very thorough and nice. When we tested everything, the response from MobileHelp was quick.
