Helpful, but felt like a super pushy sales call the entire time and then proceeded to follow up with multiple phone calls every day. I had an initial call to get details but then I needed time to discuss the options with my family before making the order for my mom, but the calls from Mobile Help were just relentless and way too many! They need to stop following up so much. I almost went with a different company because I was so annoyed. We'll see how their service is...

The representative was very helpful and answered all my questions and explained the system very well. Looking forward to getting my equipment from Mobile Help.

Scott was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy, he just made sure Iknow all my options then let me pick what I wanted. Plus he helped me get it delivered asap for my mom who's is coming from the hospital today with throat and lung cancer. She can't talk so we are gonna set it up so they know just to call Mrs if the button is pushed.

Customer Service Rep., Randy, was extremely helpful in answering my questions. there was no pressure to purchase. In fact, I took a day to make a decision.
