Terrific salesperson

I called for information about basic services for myself. Matthew the customer service rep was absolutely fantatic. He was informative without being pushy. He was kind and professional. He explained all the information I requested in a simple easy to understand fashion. I knew it would be the right service for me. Matthew is a gem - don't lose him!

Easy and quick set up!

I called the top three companies and mobile help in the only one that immediately called. The friendly rep took time to explain everything and patiently waited as I explained it to my mother. So far, the process has started off smooth. Hopefully this helps both myself and my mother rest easier.

Paula was amazing. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Fall detection

They were very helpful setting me up with my device that I get on Friday

I ordered 2 necklaces and a speaker for fall risk on 9/18. Payed $20, for 2 day shipment. Fedex delivered to the wrong house. On 9/26, I spoke with Latosha, she said sending 2 day mail. Called on 9/30, nothing showed up in the system. This task was NEVER completed. On 10/1 tt Gervon. He did overnight and finally got the package 14 days later at 6:12 PM. They will not let you speak with the same person. I've dealt with Rick, Latasha, Gervan and when you ask for that person, they will NOT let you talk to that person. I am not impressed with this company at all. 0 stars. The only reason why I stayed with them, is because I already paid 90 days and I'm sure I would get the run around to get my money back. I wouldn't go with them.
