Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

I was very impressed with my first purchased,my son like it so much and so am I so that i bought d same style for myself and 3 more pairs for my family in the Philippines as a Christmas present😊 Very highly recommended👌

I am not happy at all with this company I ordered my shoes on the 15 of September and it is now October 4. I talked to one employee and they said expedited shipping doesn't count from the day your order it because it takes 1-4 days for a quality check. I think that is BS and then i asked how to keep track of my shoes where exactly they are and they said they couldn't do that (which is fine because not all companies can do that) and i waited a bit longer because expedited shipping says 3-9 days so I thought they would arrive in that amount of time but they didn't and they said it takes 10-14 days like the policy said. So what does the expedited shipping supposed to do? Cause so far it has not done anything (if anyone reads this review DO NOT BUY EXPEDITED SHIPPING IT IS A HUGE RIP OFF) but then the 10-14 days is up and they are still not here i contact an employee and they said it takes 2 weeks and here i am 2 weeks is up and still no shoes. They don't care about YOU they care about YOUR MONEY. And I have seen alot of people say this. This company needs to find a way better shipping process. They also need to take out expedited shipping and update they're website to say it could take up to 3 or 4 months for your shoes to arrive. Because obviously this is a big issue. I will never ever buy shoes from here again. I do not want them to respond to this review because all they are gonna say is "I'm sorry for your bad experience" the only way I will be happy is if I get a refund and I get to KEEP THE SHOES. but thats probably not gonna happen because they do not care about customers

So I ordered shoes from you about a week ago, and ik your website says 10-14 days after shipping, and I don't have any problems with that... I'm just a little concerned that your "zone-3" shoes are modeled after yeezy 350's because they are strikingly similar, I would just like to hear an honest answer (so far my experience has been good, the time to get shipped was dead on what you said, the 2 stars are just because I'm a little concerned). The main similarity is the shape of the shoe but there's also like the thing in the back and the stripe across the side. Edit: thanks for the response, that makes me feel a bit better about buying from you :)

Amazing Experience. Shoes are so cute and comfortable!! Definitely will be buying some more. Shoutout to the creators for creating a shoe line that is more just a fashion statement, but a fashion statement with a purpose.

Place has exceptional customer relations. Shoe I origanally ordered had got lost, they fixed me up another pair for free whilst i waited on my origanal order. 5 stars guys. The quality is great, they are comfy and stylish. Cheers

Great shoe! It did take a little time to get to me but I was informed due to COVID they’re shipping is going to take some time but other than that 10 out of 10 on the shoe. Can’t wait till I can get some more!

Curious how 2 different "customers" have written the exact same, word for word review, 3 days apart... Have been thinking of buying these shoes, but if a company has to make fake positive posts on review sites to try to save their own value, I don't know if this is a company I want to be working with. I have screen shots of the posts but this site doesn't let you post pictures on reviews. But Weimann Roosevelt and Benard Riley both posted about how they ordered 3 pairs, ordered the wrong size but received great customer service, and talked all about how amazing the company is. Would love an explanation, because this sounds super SUS, and I can't see how this could have happened any other way.

The 1st pair of shoes came in and had a factory defect, I immediately contacted the customer support and they responded fast with each email and sent me a replacement pair as an I'm sorry then told me I may have a choice of another pair of shoes from their selection. The replacement pair came in and they are perfectly fine, they fit comfy and look "Nice" as the name of the shoes say. Thank you for working with me through this.
