1 week later - not sure if items are ever arriving and no response from company
Order placed on December 7th, now, 7 days later, there is NO update on when the items are arriving. Have emailed twice, no response. The tracking info just says that shipping label was created 4 days ago with no updates since. It's coming from China apparently (wasn't clear from the site that this was the case). I have no idea if these items will arrive or if I'm going to be responsible for import fees because it's coming directly from China? Wish I knew before and wish there was more communications saying this will take 2+ weeks to arrive.
