Less than ideal experience. This company gave me the run around for a month. I did receive a full refund finally so I am charging my initial one star review. I ordered a " matte gold" vanity mirror and received a bright shiny gold one which looks so cheap and it took way too long. I initiated a return and they kept sending me multiple messages saying I should keep the item and they will refund 25% of the total amount. Their responses were terribly slow - almost 3 to 4 days for each response. But ultimately after explaining how misled I was and many back and forth they did honor the return policy. So just double check as soon as you receive your product.

They charged me $30 for a regular pair of gloves.... that suppose to be Heated and waterproof. Then offered me $7 back they better be glad I'm in Missouri and they are in California. They are giving U.S. made a bad name. They ended up giving me my refund and was nice about it.

Like most of the other reviews, I was surprised when shipping originated in China rather than the US, despite the US address on their site. Shipping took a few weeks, but eventually the item arrived undamaged. My problem is that the clothing hooks they sent me only slightly resemble the one pictured. What they sent is much smaller, a different color, and seemingly poorly constructed. Conveniently for Miravique, the item page has since been taken down. Thankfully I saved a screenshot. I am requesting a refund and may update my review depending on the outcome. UPDATE: I received a full refund shortly after placing my claim.

I placed an order for 3 lamps and a clock on December 31st from Miravique. Website seems quite legit and the product design is appealing. I received notification of shipment on Jan 5th that the order had shipped, they updated the website ocassionally and the parcel appeared to be making it's way to the US from China. The last update on 1/17 stated the package was in Chicago and then the updates in the 'track order' page went silent. I wrote to them and received one reply saying they would look into whether the parcel was lost. Since then and despite several e-mails, I have had no response. I asked for a refund as I have no interest in waiting again 3-4 more weeks for a replacement order. Final addendum: After posting this review the Miravique team responded, located the package and provided a tracking number. My order was delivered on 1/25 in the afternoon by USPS. Items are in good order and work well as described. Design is very nice. The company refunded me 10% of my purchase due to the shipping delays. I suggested to them that they need to be upfront regarding real shipping process and times and that they need to improve their import services.

EDIT: The company got back to me only after posting this review. They said they have sent me a replacement product, but honestly I don't think that the quality is going to be something that lasts. I asked them for a refund and they promptly responded and said that it was being processed (the reason for raising my rating from 1 to 3 stars). However, I wouldn't order from miravique again, and I's caution others. Original Post: I ordered a Bamboo LED Alarm Clock. It worked for less than one day and stopped working. I emailed customer service and never received a reply. I tried calling the phone number on the website several times. It rings and then goes to a voicemails which just says "Hello. Please leave a message." It doesn't even say the company name or anything. Miravique seems like basically a scam site selling terrible quality products and then ghosting you. Do not order from them unless you want to lose your money.

We have received a broken product and wanted a replacement. (The company has contacted us after commenting on Trustpilot) and multiple emails and 2 calls. Response has been through Trustpilot. They are sending us a new part). We will update review when the part is received (Thank you). The replacement product was just delivered intact. Thank you being responsive in a prompt manner with no drama. Thank you

A bit disingenuous; I searched for quite a while for something made in the US, and thought I had found it with Miravique. Their business address was in Wyoming and public facing website actually used proper English grammar. I purchased what I believed to be a US made product in early Dec, only for it to finally arrive on 20 December, from China! Same item was half price on Amazon, but I wanted to support a US company (and expected higher quality). I guess the moral of the story is: nothing is made in the US anymore, even if it is implied or overtly stated to be so.

Ordered a “Scandinavian” clock from this company. Contact info says they are located in Wyoming. Shipment took a very long time, but the item did arrive. The packaging was good but just bubble wrap and brown paper and came from China, not Wyoming. I’m happy with the clock, but I would not order from this company again, since the item shipped from China and took a long time to arrive. Clearly “Scandinavian” in look only.
