My question was answered promptly and courteously. What more could I need?

I have been a miracle Ear customer for over 40 years. I have a hearing aid that is now outside the warranty. The little door on the back of my hearing aid fell off and got lost. They want to charge me $370 just to send it out. The part cost about $20-$50. This is a rip off. Said that is the standard price just to send it off regardless what is wrong with it?

The staff in Greenville is helpful and friendly. The hearing aids are good, but quite expensive, I’m talking in the 10K range for all the bells and whistles.

First of all, the hearing aids are good, but the app is total Garbage! And I lost one, and trying to get a replacement is a joke!!!!!!! I, for one, will never recommend Miracle Ear to anyone. After spending 8,000 dollars and putting up with nothing but junk, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Just about everything that possibly could go wrong with 2 different models, did go wrong. Including the insurance company that kept badgering me for money when I didn’t even possess any hearing aids. I suppose now you’ll BOTH stick me on insurance for nothing.

The technician with whom I worked -- Megan Thomson; Columbus, GA -- was OUTSTANDING, She was adept, knowledgeable, personable; a truly exceptional young woman who worked with me professionally, compassionately and patience. She was a significant asset to your endeavor.

My elderly mother-in-law bought hearing aids from miracle ear. They never worked right. could not keep them connected to her phone. and now they’re telling us that they need to be repaired and are not under warranty because the warranty was up four weeks ago. do yourself a favor and don’t buy a miracle air product.
