I emailed miracle ear customer care about insurance that was not covering a needed repair and received an answer the next morning from Melinda Hallgren asking for a phone number so she could open a case and while I was answering her email our local miracle ear location called my husband to tell him the district manager had emailed them and said they would waive the fee. That is what I call fast service. Prior to my email to customer care the district manager had been notified twice in 2 weeks about the issue and never even contacted us. I recommend emailing customer care with any problems.

Justin Stuart is the man you have to see if you are hard of hearing. He is an amazing person . Go to MIRACLE EAR!! You will not regret it.!!! Can't say thank you enough for helping my mom.... It's 100 times better!

This week I had my very first hearing test. I am a 78 year-old woman. I was a little worried about the testing and such and what the requirements were going to be but all of my concerns were for nothing. I had my hearing test in Plainfield, Indiana done by Maggie Smith. She was courteous knowledgeable, and put all of my apprehensions about what to expect at ease she explained the basics of the year and what the test would entail. It took all of less than an hour. I suggest strongly that everyone especially after a certain age or before, if they’re having difficulties, have a test done such as this I will be going back to have another test done in a couple of years or before if I start having hearing difficulties, I remember I recommend the store and this employee of theirs named above for prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable help thank you for allowing me to post this sincerely, Donna Chappell Loudermilk..

The staff in Greenville is helpful and friendly. The hearing aids are good, but quite expensive, I’m talking in the 10K range for all the bells and whistles.
