If my appointments don’t show up if they are made by my M.ear office why don’t you fix it . And the app has very little that I can use except to see how long I use them and how much charge is left . Then you want me to grade your app every time I try to pull it up. The person on the phone made noise about expediting and instead of hearing progress or improvement I get to rate my experience.
