THE WORST!!! Went to Lowe's kiosk. Wanted two keys. They offered two for one, but as you go through they dupe you into getting another key for an additional $3.00. I did not want it. I could see no way to edit it so the charge went through. When I called to discuss it, the first woman straight up hung up on me and the second was like "sorrrrry" Ugh. Yes, it's only $3.00 but beyond infuriating. I hope Lowe's pulls those machines. I will notify them as well.

Used kiosk to make a copy of car key. The key that arrived is cut completely different from original and doesn't work 100% waste of time and money also took it twice as long to ship. House key work fine they are just a lil rough at first till gets a lil worn

Had a key made and it didn’t work. After a phone dance with them they sent me a refund card that doesn’t work. Got on the website on the card and that was useless as you couldn’t even register the card. Called customer service on card and it’s a machine that won’t let you talk to a real person. Worthless machine.

Don't use their mobile service They send someone out with a range of $185-220. Charge $250 and the keys provide don't have the lock/unlock buttons. I asked about a second key and he couldn't tell me how much just kept saying we will see when we get out there. I wasn't there and my son paid him for the generic key he provided without knowing better. I called customer service and they just said he provided a working key. They wasted more of my time. Call a local locksmith instead ....

Made six (6) keys. 0 keys work. Called customer support for a refund. There are three options for the automated system, none of which work. I was basically just scammed out of $30!

Ordered 4 keys on 10/5 .. said they had to be mailed. It is now 10/21 and nothing has come in the mail. Call center person was useless. Requesting a refund the next time I call.

The machine doesn’t copy car keys even though the website says it does. One part of the website says it does, another part of the website says it doesn’t. I wasted time driving to one of these useless machines to find this out.
