I have used this company's kiosks many times and have never had a bad key made until today. The key produced was completely wrong. I called the number listed on the kiosk for customer support and was astonished at the number of callers waiting for assistance. I entered the queue for a callback and went about my day. Customer service called me back in about an hour, and in just a few minutes I had my refund showing up on my credit card. Not a perfect day but I'm happy with the outcome and will use them again.

I’ve used MinuteKey in Delray Beach, FL and Morganville, NJ many times WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. They also made a mailbox key which was sent to me because they don’t have those available for obvious reasons. Finally, I just got a car fob and emergency/valet key for one of my cars. The last one I had made by a local locksmith for around $250. The one I got today cost me $149 all in! It took about 15 minutes to pair to the car. This is a fabulous service.

Rakhibur stuck with me through all my rantings and problems and answered quickly with what turned into a great solution. Very calm, personable and professional. He needs to train everyone there!!

While the key I had made at one of their kiosks (located within a Home Depot) didn't work Minute Key promptly refunded my money. As a senior citizen on a fixed income I was very grateful for their prompt attention to this matter.

It cut 3 copies of my my key, all perfectly. The machine is easy to use. And the price is quite decent.

I used the MinuteKey located inside the Willow Grove Walmart near the hardware dept. It malfunctioned and charged my credit card. However, I called the 800 number on the machine and within 24 hours my credit card was refunded and the machine back up and running. Went back and had my keys made. These keys are half the price of hardware stores and because they are robotically cut each key works perfectly.

Excellent. Used kiosk at Walmart for a fob for a 2018 Mustang with keyless start. Very good price, and although they had to reschedule my appointment several times due to weather (snow in Panama City Beach Florida!) and fob availability, once Brian Martin had the key and the good weather, he met me very quickly at Walmart and programmed my key quickly and easily. He was a pleasure to deal with, as was my many interactions with Karen who did the scheduling. And she was always friendly, helpful and also apologetic for the delays (which were out of their control). Entire process was excellent and everyone at Minute Key that I interacted with was a pleasure, professional, friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer support! Got issue with the a machine in Walmart at Stevenson ranch, CA, called customer support and they fixed it in less than a minute.
