Terrible service and absolutely no customer service. After a week of calling emails , no response from minute key. 4 keys made 2 didn’t work. Never use there kiosks again.

Went to minute key kiosk @ home depot. Chose 2 different colored keys. Received 1 colored key and 1 plain non colored key. Also received and had to pay for, a short key meant for a padlock, which I did not request. Spoke to management @ Home Depot and of course they could not give me a refund nor the other colored key I wanted.

I have used this company's kiosks many times and have never had a bad key made until today. The key produced was completely wrong. I called the number listed on the kiosk for customer support and was astonished at the number of callers waiting for assistance. I entered the queue for a callback and went about my day. Customer service called me back in about an hour, and in just a few minutes I had my refund showing up on my credit card. Not a perfect day but I'm happy with the outcome and will use them again.

I made copies of my key and then the machine started beeping for 10 minutes and would not let me get the original key out. I told customer service at Walmart and they couldn't have cared less. I got shocked, trying to unplug the machine quite literally in my fingers, and the machine was rebooting and after about 10 or 15 minutes, I finally got my key back. I tried calling the company, pressed every extension, including locksmith, and all it says is no one is available to answer the phone. I sent an email three or four days ago and have not heard back either. Not the first time I had an issue as I used this machine a few years ago and the key copies wouldn't work. This time they worked, but the company sucks and I expect a full refund or I'm going to my bank.

Didn't arrive at all!!! i don't know if it's just delay but i've already waited 2 weeks and they say max 5 days.

I purchased 2 keys through a kiosk for $13.91. I thought the keys would be created in the machine, but the process required me to have the keys sent to my home. It took 20 calendar days for me to receive anything, and then I only received 1 key instead of 2. I filled out a customer service form on their website, and the submission seemed to go to cyberspace. A totally bad experience!

I’ve used MinuteKey in Delray Beach, FL and Morganville, NJ many times WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. They also made a mailbox key which was sent to me because they don’t have those available for obvious reasons. Finally, I just got a car fob and emergency/valet key for one of my cars. The last one I had made by a local locksmith for around $250. The one I got today cost me $149 all in! It took about 15 minutes to pair to the car. This is a fabulous service.

Rakhibur stuck with me through all my rantings and problems and answered quickly with what turned into a great solution. Very calm, personable and professional. He needs to train everyone there!!
