This is my second time purchasing from them and had also planned to purchase from them every year as I wanted to create a tradition for my husband during our wedding anniversary each year. Had previously given a 5 star review as the support staff were all very helpful and fast in responses. My first purchase last year went very smoothly. However this time, the production team seems to be sorely lacking. I had to send in many emails to get modifications properly done and they seem to not be able to follow simple instructions and kept doing the same mistake. Even paid for vip service and also even added on payment for modification. Had asked to amend the image on the shirt to look like my picture and after several tries, they finally got it right and because I thought that was the only thing we were modifying I did not check the rest of the figure and pressed confirm. Only realised once I submitted that the team had went to change other parts of the figure without being asked to do so and now they are requesting a 50% payment in order to change it back to the way it was supposed to be. Not sure why it’s so difficult for them to follow a simple request and why they thought it was ok to make changes without being asked to do so. Been extremely frustrating and spent so much time trying to get this right. The support staff have been helpful and responsive but the production team definitely needs to be more attentive to requests

Have spoken to Lindsay, Amy and Skye who have all been really helpful answering my queries and really quick to respond. The preview stage has been really slick and feedback I gave on my order was quickly updated and a second preview sent through.
