The lady that helped me her name was Bria and she absolutely went above and beyond and I couldn’t have thanked her enough.

Chelsea was such a helpful warm person for me during this initial intake process. She is not my case manager, but rather a supervisor who graciously gave her time to help me out. She was both professional and compassionate while retrieving the information she needed from me. She made this initial step less overwhelming and made me feel understood. Thank you Chelsea for all your help!

Bria was beyond helpful, she sat through my rambling, stuttering, our latency/lag issues, our constantly cutting each other off and still kept at it. We even had some casual talking and she made me feel comfortable even with my extreme social issues. I would recommend her a thousand times over and I hope that she is praised for her compassion and grace every day.

My experience with my Mindset case manager was wonderful and integral to my successful disability claim. I hope many more people use Mindset as a means to get their claims approved.

Elan was so compassionate and empathetic to my Son's disability. She took the time to help us through each step of the application process, and showed an extreme amount of patience with all of our question asking. She was very precise and complete with all of her answers ensuring we understood what was happening with each step along the way. She made us feel confident about my Son's claim. We appreciate everything she did for us.
