Mary who did the initial intake was patient, kind, actively listened, thorough and compassionate which was helpful when discussing the emotional trauma that I have experienced to lead to my disability diagnosis. She made sure we covered all bases and was not hurriedly rushing me as I experienced on my first interview with SSA. This brought me peace of mind and confidence in their services. My care manager Tammy is excellent and stays steps ahead of what is coming in regards to the requests from SSA. She can answer any detailed question in a moments notice and is always there when needed. Thank you, Mindset, for employing such great talent. Mary and Tammy are superb.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Wonderful People, prompt with communication & it only took 2 months for me to qualify. My Lawyer (Jae) was absolutely fantastic. I applied the 1st time by myself & of course got denied. Mindset was right on the ball with my case & Jae even called me to congratulate me on finally receiving it. I can’t say enough good things. I have been applying for social security benefits for my daughter for 9 years. They have always denied her. She was resuscitated at birth and ended up with brain damage as well as other problems.
