The question isn’t what made my experience great it’s who made my experience great my advocate Kady. She is so thorough and so precise in her questioning. The things that I look at every day are just a part of my day in my life, but when I explain to her, she understands, she has empathy. She is so smart. I really do think that Kady will go very far and that you should facilitate this in any way that you can because for your company it is in your best interest to hire people like Kady to promote people like Kady. This world needs more people like Kady. I mention her name so much because she has helped change my life and changing the life of my granddaughter. If customer service ever gets any better than this, we’ve died and gone to heaven thank you Kady for all that you did and are doing.
