The only thing I didn't like is the changes of a case manager

Pretty easy to use. All I did was text them when and where I received care and they did the rest to keep SSA updated. They could be slow to respond which got frustrating... but they definitely did a lot of the heavy lifting. I kept getting denied until they took my case. Trust the process! It's slow going, but worth it. If they were just a bit more prompt to respond to me about questions it'd be 5 stars. Overall, great experience.

My case worker was amazing and so was my lawyer I don't know I can't put into words how helpful they are.

Love love love that they will communicate solely thru email or text if that is your preference. Also love how kind they are. Intake person performed above average for sure. So far it has been very simple. Had a glitch with portal but it was eventually worked out.

Ted Glass was my lawyer and Milly was my last case manager. I struggled with previous case managers for an open line of communication. I was rewarded disability and it was over a year long process. I used the website to upload my documentation (250 pages) and had many long phone calls updating my case. It took work but it was worth it. Ted was observant during the hearing of how I was communicating and pointed out how it would be overwhelming in a work place trying to communicate with others.

Undstanding nice people

This has been an incredibly hands off experience for me. The only issue I've run into is slow responses from my case support person. Otherwise I'm very glad to be working with Mindset.
