Rude and not consistent with clients you can barely get a hold of anybody when my court came spoke with lawyer one time for 20 min for me . I text them and it’s like nobody wants to service they clients not to be harsh you guys work for us it shouldn’t be a issue to fulfill our concerns or questions that’s what yall get paid fir

I was denied disability and I wasn't notified at all by this lawyer. I've been calling, but sent to a voicemail, which is the same for the lady on my case. Anytime you need to get ahold of them just know that you're going to be waiting for days... I have been waiting for almost two years and I have a new case worker every month or so without being told about it. I have been denied twice all because their case worker didn't do her job and fill in any of my information whatsoever!!! Not even sure where to go from here

I started with the awhile back. They have communicated less often then promised. There is no 24/7. No mail. Emails etc...just phone calls and texts. I've filed everything on my own. I removed from my case but called when I was denied and wanted to file an appeal. I am not confident with this firm.
