What an amazing class
What an amazing class. The instructors Tushar and MT were brilliant and very relatable. The group of class participants were supportive and made learning even more enjoyable. I wish I could take more classes and have endless finances to do so.

Growth and Development in a Holding Environment
The information was easy to access and the instructors were genuine and created a space for participants to be vulnerable and to grow with one another.

This is a great community
This is a great community. All people involved are amazing. It helps keep my practice going whenever I fall off track. One suggestion is it will be great to encourage some informal interaction between the participants, for instance 1-2 minutes initially reserved for optional small talk/impromptu sharing. That will help deepen connections.

8-week exploration with Piero
I enjoyed the 8-week course with Piero. I had signed up with the objective to learn new techniques and tools to bring to the workplace. Instead, I enriched my own personal practice with all these tools, techniques and poems that Piero so kindly curated for us during this course. It’s a wonderful journey to embark on if you’re ready to sit with the discomfort and practice ways to stay calm and patiently respond skillfully to every situation that life throws at you. Thank you, Piero, again for your compassion, patience and encouragement throughout the course. Love his energy and pace.

MBSR 8 week course offered Positive possibilities backed by Techniques
The MBSR mindfulness course offered by Mindful Leader was wonderful in my opinion as it offered a wide variety of techniques I can now mold into my own to reduce the amount of stress as well as increase my own personal awareness and mindfulness going forward. I would also like to add that Karen Jones is an extremely wonderful facilitator to learn under. Her patience and knowledge of mindfulness definitely came through as she was leading all 8 classes. Her direction made the experience all that better for a first time practitioner of mindfulness.
