An online sanctuary
The Mindful Leader offers wonderful, consistent and simple programs. It attracts caring people who want to do the work to be more aware, compassionate and centred humans. It is also affordable and accessible in many ways.

Mindful Leader Experiences
What has made my experience great participating in Mindful Leader, also as a volunteer of Meditate Together, and a recent CWMF Cohort 10 member is the continuous learning, unlearning and relearning that this opportunity with such enlightening people has gifted me with, which I truly hope and plan to continue kindly embodying and sharing the awareness that I've gained with everyone that I have been, continue to and will be humbly honored to interact and build in community with - Genuinely Grateful!

Take this course!
Karen made this experience great. She is a warm, clear, and kind leader who did a beautiful job at building community with the group. She brought everything I already came into class knowing and tied it up in one nice neat bow. I will share with others...take this course!
