Amazing Community of People
I’ve been using it for almost two years now and love it. I’ve built a community and know many of the members that I feel close to and it keeps me accountable. I go every day and most days twice.

Overall excellent experience
Overall excellent experience. The content was gentle and interesting and in line with the topic of mindfulness of course, but in a supportive and gradual way. The facilitator Peter was excellent and his knowledge of mindfulness, and yoga made it extra effective and enjoyable.

Great Class
Peter was an amazing coach and guide through MBSR. It was honestly one of the best courses I have ever taken.

my instructor was Ms Thaker Punita
my instructor was Ms. Thaker Punita, her teaching technique was amazing, she was always on point with the class, she can sense when someone was drifting or off tract. Evendown it was a virtual class it felt like we were all together in the same room. This class was not only educational it was emotional and spiritual as well at the end of the class it was hard not to shed tears, because it was life changing. Thank you, Ms. Punita and God bless you.

A truly meaningful course
Our course leader did a wonderful job in leading discussions and practices in a compassionate and effective manner. The MBSR course is something that I cherish and would have benefited from much earlier in my life.

great experience
I was dubious about how I would experience a group led meditation course on zoom in many ways. In the end, I looked forward very much to the sessions. Peter Calin was an excellent leader and I met some really nice, very smart people from all over, who all came with different goals/issues. It seemed like we all left better and feeling hopeful. Bravo, Peter.

Piero was exceptional
Piero was exceptional! He was patient, kind, knowledgable, supportive and wise. He managed to meet every participant where they were, no matter their experience level or understanding of the concepts discussed.
