The company is a money-making machine that hires the guides as contractors in order to not have to pay fair market rates. I do not trust Mindbloom as a company and I disapprove of the way they treat their guides. Also, the thing they don't tell you is that ketamine only works for a feew days. Mindbloom would prefer clients to keep signing up for more treatments which is a huge profit for them.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! They will continue to charge your credit card even after cancelling. I've had to file 3 disputes after cancelling. I had to cancel my credit card. Its the only way for them to stop charging me. Also, please speak to a actual psychiatrist before receiving this treatment.

Dive Into the Universe
Mindbloom has helped give me purpose, meaning, perspective, joy, and calm to my life. I have suffered from heavy depression cycles since my early teens and self medication became the crux with which I relied on to maintain any kind of peace in my head.
Unfortunately there are people out there trying to end psychedelic treatments like ketamine and if they succeed they will be ending my ability to remain happy, at peace, and hopeful in this life. The amount of misinformation and misunderstanding is profoundly unfortunate when it comes to this therapy and I hope to clarify what the truth is with this review.
If you follow the steps mindbloom has in place for the ketamine experience (which I call “diving into the fabric of the universe”) you will come to an understanding and a place where negativity and worry no longer rule your realm. The proper steps mindbloom lays out prior to your “dive” are just as meaningful as the dive itself. Writing out your intentions , having a music playlist that is peaceful and flows, having a comfortable place where you cannot be disrupted, and meditating as you allow the medication (“the key”) to unlock a deeper connectivity with life itself . You also want to let the experience take over without getting in the way , and allow it to guide you through the “fabric of the universe” while you begin ti unfold a new kind of understanding and meaning to the brilliance of your life. When I say don’t get in the way, I mean don’t fight the beauty and vastness with which you are traveling when your eyes are closed with a sleeping mask and you’re consciously aware of something deeper than our waking reality.
The experience lasts within a 3 hour window depending on your dosage, which mindbloom is great at providing the amount based on your experience level and whether you’re new to this kind of experience or not.
In closing, I couldn’t support this treatment more . When your sessions are complete you feel renewed , revitalized, my ability to think, problem solve , and express becomes enhanced . There’s a clarity , a composure, and a brilliance to the way you can feel IF you choose to follow the procedure for what it’s meant to obtain, that being, a life where your fears, anxieties, and sadness don’t rule your realm anymore.
Thank you

impossible to get real time support
I never received a link to dial in for my guided ketamine journey. I contacted customer support and 2 days later got an automated reply to "contact my guide." It was my first ketamine journey so I had no contact information for my guide! During intake, the company said the guide would reach out to me PRIOR to the experience. In a panic that I'd be charged for a no show, I spent hours trying to find a way to contact a live human at the company to no avail. On the day of my scheduled journey, I have my ketamine ready and still NO link for my session. I was extremely upset at this point. About 15 minutes after the planned session start time, the guide calls me and says do you not have the link? I say no and give her my contact info and she says "oh I see the issue, I SENT THE LINK TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. Your correct email address is in the system but I cut & pasted it wrong!" She then sent me the link. At this point, we were well past the session start time and I was extremely frustrated. The incompetence of the Mindbloom guide ruined my experience and the fact you can't access anyone directly at the company to get support for a time-sensitive issue is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER use them again.

My Mindboom experience - 14 months ongoing
My Mindboom experience after 14 months and 45-ish treatments in their program.
After a brief interview, I was accepted into their program. I liked my clinician, but it took 3 months and $1800-ish for her to consider my dosage as dialed in…in reality, I capped out at their 1200mg mark, so she called it good enough.
Their programs for anxiety, self-love, depression…etc. are terrible. The recordings are read by someone who had clearly never done that sort of thing before. They were awkward, not engaging and monotone, and the info itself was not really inspiring. I felt like I had to listen to them because I’d paid for it. My integration coach, was also absolutely useless. She asked questions I wasn’t sure I understood, and I was always concerned I’d answer incorrectly somehow and she’d boot me from the program because I wasn’t making enough progress – I also hadn’t experience anything at all at this point, so I felt like she wanted me to pretend I was having experiences I wasn’t. It just amped up my anxiety. Lastly, the music they provide on Soundcloud is electronic and weird or like day spa pan flute, and they don’t tell that without a Soundcloud membership, it will interrupt your music stream with a sudden loud, obnoxious ad randomly, which will freak you out.
The treatment itself never produced a feeling of using hallucinogens. At the final 1200mg dosage, I felt like I’d taken pain meds and when I moved my head it took a second for the world to catch up with it. They also provide an anti-nausea med so you don’t vomit. I have done psychedelics in the past, and myself and everyone I’ve ever spoken with who has done both all say that this absolutely NOT like a hallucinogen. Mostly, I’d say I just got lost in deep thoughts.
Each session consistently lasted 20 minutes before feeling like it had worn off and I was no longer dizzy. Very rarely I still felt a little dizzy or very slightly nauseous after, but not often. I never once felt like I needed someone with me or checking in on me. I never felt like if I drank water beforehand, I would feel like I might pee myself while laying down (that’s supposedly a thing). Others also agreed with all of this. Depending on how much I’d prepared is what I would get out of the session. If I were super mindful of how I were feeling (not in the midst of anxiety or depressive episode), and I set clear and specific intentions, I would come away feeling good and positive typically. If I weren’t in a great place and didn’t meditate beforehand or bother to journal, I’d usually come away feeling like I’d wasted time – though I did always keep in mind the neuroplasticity so I know it was doing something.
After a year and a lot of hard work outside of Mindbloom, I can say that my anxiety and C-PTSD symptoms have improved. Whether Mindbloom had any real part in this is harder to say. I did start to phase it out towards the end because I noticed that even if I hadn’t had any anxiety for weeks, I would get anxiety for 3-4 days straight every single time I took it, beginning the night of the treatment, so it was absolutely the catalyst. Do you want to do a drug that is going to cause the very thing you’re looking to eradicate? Me neither. I paid for the last program but I stopped halfway through because I just didn’t feel like I could honestly say that it was working any longer. Since I stopped treatments in January, I’ve not had any real issues that would make me believe I should still be doing it. My anxiety is low, I’m not depressed unless I’ve had a really challenging week, and I still get C-PTSD triggered just as much as I ever did, only I use newly acquired coping skills to process each experience instead of trying to rewire my brain using medication.
Bottom line: Did it help? I believe it did, but only because I had convinced myself it had to. I thought it was my last hope after a great deal of traditional medical care had not been successful. However, once I began to work through my trauma and triggers in earnest, I believe that was the real factor in making progress towards recovery and taking back control of my life. I think I spent way too much money on what now feels like a placebo, but if it actually increased my neuroplasticity it wasn’t a total waste. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Not unless you have a lot of disposable income ($750-ish every 6 weeks) and are actively / daily working towards strengthening your mental health on your own as well. It's certainly not the miracle drug they try to advertise.
Hope someone finds this helpful and good luck to everyone on their personal journey!

Mindbloom has changed my outlook on the world for the better
Ketamine therapy with Mindbloom has literally changed my outlook on the world and changed my whole life for the better. It has helped me so much and I cannot imagine where I would be if I never had the opportunity to try it. Due to severe social anxiety that I had before starting with mindbloom, I would not have been able to access this therapy if not for the telehealth option that Mindbloom offers. From my first consultation with the Mindbloom folks, everyone has been so supportive and great to work with. Being able to receive this level of therapy in my own home had been a game changer. When I would feel myself spiraling or going to a dark place, I would immediately schedule a session for myself and it completely pulls me out of it. The flexibility to do session when I need them has been amazing. The videos and playlists that Mindbloom provides are so perfect for creating a wonderful ambiance for my experiences. I only have positive things to say about Mindbloom and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try therapy for the first time or just try a new form of therapy if others have not worked as well for them!

A powerful experience with Mindbloom
Mindbloom's ketamine therapy has given me a new appreciation for life and its challenges. It has given me a means to discontinue the negative looping within my brain and to build new, healthy thought patterns. I've been a Mindbloom client for 7 months and have struggled with depression and anxiety for almost 50 years. I am proud to say those struggles are behind me. Ketamine has brought me to the realization that I am so much more than this physical body and life, and it has expanded my understanding of self and purpose. I am grateful for this "path to health" I'm on, and I also have an unexpected appreciation for the path that brought me here. Healing is possible!
