Mindbloom is truly amazing and life changing - great to reduce anxiety and feel less overwhelmed
Mindbloom is truly amazing. It's changed my life in so many ways. I'm so glad treatments like this are available, because they work.
Was a bit skeptical and nervous at first, I'm not someone who typically experiments with medicine like this. But I was guided the whole way by the Mindbloom team. And WOW, this was 10x better than I could have hoped.
I've always been someone with lots of anxiety. I work a stressful corporate job. I get easily overwhelmed. I was feeling a lot of fatigue and never had energy for anything outside of work. I needed to find something that would fit in my schedule, so I loved that I could do this from home.
Mindbloom changed everything for me - I'm happier, my moods are even, I react to situations with a lot less anxiety and stress, and I'm much kinder to myself. That critical voice in my head is a lot quieter. I've even noticed that my creativity and problem-solving at work has improved.
I've done multiple programs with Mindbloom and recommend it to anyone who will listen. They didn't ask me to write a review, I just love it so much I wanted to make sure other people know this is an option for them.

Life changing!! (If you are willing to do the work.)
I sought mindbloom ketamine therapy after YEARS of medication and therapy resistant depression (and later to learn anxiety). PROPER KETAMINE THERAPY HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING FOR ME! Mindbloom sets you up for success. They don't just give you medication and send you on your way like the ketamine clinics I found locally. They offer you a guided way to make the MOST of the therapy. In my mind, if you do the work, there is no way you won't see improvement. But, please don't expect this to be a "magic pill". You must do some additional daily work for success. I cannot say this enough..... this has been a life altering program for me!

Helps you help yourself
I appreciate that Mindbloom puts so much emphasis on setting intention and working with your guide. I thought the process and using the app made the process seamless and simple to follow. I did notice a difference in how I felt after a few sessions...positive changes. It's not a quick fix and you have to put some work and effort into the whole process, but there is benefit. I believe for myself it was sort of a launching pad to begin a new routine with a new outlook.

Horrendous experience and haven’t even had the lozenges yet
Long but worth at least skimming if you’re considering]
Signed up a couple months ago and the day before my first session I realized not only did I not receive the medicine but there was no UPS notification. So I email them and it turns out I’m informing THEM of this fact. No apologies in the slightest and they said the local pharmacy was having supply issues; could deal with it as long as was given some prior notice, as I not only rearranged my entire weekly schedule for this but so did my peer monitor. But nothing….
I then emailed them and said I wanted to reconsider whether I wanted to proceed with these treatments and requested a refund. Without acknowledging this clear request - completely ignoring it, in fact - they then proceed to ship out the medicine, which will ofc arrive too late. Almost couldn’t believe these manipulative, aggressive tactics at first…
I think about it for a couple days and decide I don’t want to trust my therapy to this company anymore. I’ve never blatantly ignored a request to cancel - or any request for that matter - from a patient/client at my workplace, and don’t know anyone else who has. I ask what are my options for cancellation now and there’s a $300 fee. I call out the ridiculousness of this and they then said $150, but I have to bring the ketamine they already sent to an approved drug disposal site and show them proof. Fun...
Even a simple thing like a 10 min questionaire they require was extremely burdensome. Multiple back buttons and if you press the wrong one you have to start all over, nothing saved. And if you skip the page it allows you to proceed but then when you finish it says the page wasn’t filled and you have to start all over again, nothing saved. Spent more than an hr and finally am told can just email the answers. When I get to the nurses session I’m then told they’re not necessary. Good times….
Have tried ketamine therapy (infusion) before for PTSD, depression and anxiety that I’ve suffered massively from my entire adult life. And experienced positive results - did I have an epiphany or was my outlook completely changed? No, but have had the kind of spiritual epiphanies in my life before and wasn’t expecting one, and have had a lot of bad luck/karma in my life that probably no therapy can fundamentally change in terms of outlook. But it DID take a big edge off a severe depressive bout I was going through. And was interested in them therapy for long term use…
However, the dizziness I experienced as side effect was so strong that it lasted after the therapy was complete. So wanted to try at home to see if I could experience similar positive results without the severe side effects. But mbloom is definitely not the answer. Aside from the fact I have zero confidence in their competence, those manipulative, aggressive tactics were a big no-no. As it stands, I’m still here trying to decide what to do with this medicine. Whatever the case, I 100% will never use mbloom again, and will probably turn back to infusions as a follow up session is less frequent, and the professionalism and compassion I experienced during the infusion sessions was the complete opposite of my Mindbloom experience.

Before and After Mindbloom
Before Mindbloom, I was seriously at a loss. I didn't know which way to turn. I dealt with high anxiety and depression for much of my adulthood, but I never experienced it to the level of feeling like my life had no purpose and there was no reason to be alive. As soon as I started having those thoughts, I knew I needed to change something fast! I researched psychedelics and the benefits for neuroplasticity for a few years prior and have been intrigued. When I saw Mindbloom was something I could do in the comfort of my own home, with a trusted person with me, and that my health savings account funds could cover it, I was like... well, why not!
My first session was instant relief! I've read that's not always the case for everyone, but for me... that instant relief was needed. Don't get me wrong... they didn't totally go away. Now that I am in my fourth session, I can honestly say.... it has been so helpful and I'm just relieved right now not to be in the dark hole any longer.
And, I'm a productive human being again! Prior, my field of emotions had me getting frustrated easily and I was lashing out at people unnecessarily. Even my family states they see a big difference in me. Oh, and my energy! It's back! As an active person, just wanting to be in my chair and binge watch television was because I was constantly exhausted. I really thought something was wrong with me... but, my doctor said nope... you're healthy. Then why am I so tired?!? No longer! I'm back on my mountain bike and enjoying life again.
It's still a work in progress, but I am really using this time to create new habits. I'm just happy to find joy in my life again.
Staying on top of the integration techniques is important to the process as I want to take advantage of the neuroplasticity. I love my conversations with the integration coach and the clinician is so helpful with all my questions. The integration groups and FB community create a wonderful support system. And, the app! There are so many resources available. And, I'm an information junkie... so, I want to read and Mindbloom provides a plethora of great reading and informational resources. I highly recommend!

Mindbloom has been exactly what it…
Mindbloom has been exactly what it promises. I think to get the most from it, you have to do the real work both before and after, but essentially, it strips away all the constructs of outside life and allows you to counsel yourself, and showing you things in a way that also lasts in forming new habits and thought patterns.
My complex PTSD almost totally went away in the first session and subsequent use has helped me work on chronic anxiety to the point where it no longer cripples my days. I was prone to depression, and now I can teeter on the edge but never fully get there, recovering in a day or two.
My family, friends, and colleagues are benefiting from my experiences, and I wish it for everyone.
The programming that goes along with the medication gets better and better as well. The musical choices have become a bit of a Pavlovian trigger outside sessions to help me refocus and calm because my body knows what to expect and relaxes into it.
People complain about the cost, but it's far cheaper and more effective than talk therapy - and you don't need to do it as often or for as long.

Mindbloom has made at home Ketamine…
Mindbloom has made at home Ketamine therapy simple. They have wonderful guides available at every step. The group integration circles are insightful for everyone from those experiencing their first Ketamine session to those experiencing their 20th. I had a wonderful discussion today with my Mindbloom provider that covered my entire mental health picture, not just my most recent therapy. Everything I need is right here, and there is no pressure when it comes to choosing or participating in groups, choosing the session content, etc… At home Ketamine therapy is so much more convenient and effective than clinical therapy because you are in the comfort of your own home. No need to get to a clinic, wait to begin your therapy, deal with random interruptions and then return home.

Effective and quick remission of depression
This is a top-notch program that incorporates very untraditional therapeutic tools and techniques to assist with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. It is carefully monitored and directed by a psychiatrist, with adjunct help by a Mindbloom Guide. Don't make the mistake of thinking that Mindbloom is all about the ketamine. You could never achieve these results *just* by taking ketamine. This is a controlled administration of the drug that lasts about 45-60 minutes. You set intentions for each session, assisted by your guide. There is session audio that greatly enhances the experience. There are integration circles that help you understand and assimilate the information you receive in the sessions. Best of all, however, Mindbloom "broke" my depression in the first session. I'd been overwhelmed by depression before this. I was in therapy. Nothing was helping. This kind of snapped me out of it in one session. My problems didn't disappear...but my ability to handle them was absolutely transformed. The second session built on the first. It's a progression with miraculous outcomes. I'm suuuper happy I did this and would recommend it to anyone, but especially people who are not responding to their antidepressant/anxiety medications. Game changer.
