Everyone I've worked with or come across has been absolutely amazing. Someone in HR is doing things right on the hiring front! From my clinician, to my guide, to customer support desk, and guides of integration circles. Everyone is great. Application of medicine and dosage changes so far have been recommended in line with what I would probably request too. The new feature of voice dictated notes is a game changer. Coming out of session, I don't want to open a computer and I don't want to write in a journal - I don't hand write much as it is slow and its in danger of privacy. The features of appointment offerings and integration circles is wonderful. Selection of music and themes is great. I did have the app crash once during a session and that was not good at all. So make that a priority with the dev team - sorta critical

Mindbloom is a business, they are not healthcare professionals. Their primary objective is to profit at the expense of targeting a vulnerable population. They falsely advertise new client services at $99. This covers your initial meeting with a provider to see if you’re eligible. During this meeting the provider asks you leading questions to result in you being deemed eligible regardless of your medical history. You then pay $359 to get the “medication.” Nobody will have a conversation with you directly to let you know this will be charged 3 times to your credit card they’ve saved and what started as a $99 program will end up costing you $1,600. They deliberately market their services in a way to make these costs hidden and deceiving. The program in itself was less than remarkable, the low dose dissolving ketamine tablets have a 20% bioavailability compared to intranasal at 50% and intravenous at 100%, so your experience will be incredibly mild for an incredibly high cost. Your “guide” you meet with will offer little to nothing but nodding and agreeing to what you say during your meetings. And that about concludes the results of the program. Do not waste your money! Go to a real clinic with medical professionals who have basic ethical values and interest in their patients well-being. Again, with Mindbloom you are nothing but a credit card number.

This product is magical. It allows you to enter a heavy dreamlike state and confront traumas deep in your psyche safely and at home. I am only halfway through my first journey, but the results are already spectacular. I have been in therapy for 30 years, have read self help books, done 12 steps. All valuable and helpful. But Mindbloom has been able to reach deeper past some strong psychic defenses to deliver on their promise of healing.
