The support (doctor, coach, app, customer service, support group, and educational material) is outstanding and everyone I have interacted with is kind, understanding, helpful, calm and friendly. Everyone on my care plan is super easy to get ahold of, too. I have already recommended them to just about everyone I know. I trust them - you can, too. I’m only halfway through my program and already noticing improvements. I wish other online therapy programs had the same structure, support, and caring staff.

I have had IV infusions before and switching to oral has been very disappointing. I also find I have to jump back and forth between the web site and the app to perform my tasks. I do not get confirmation or appointments listed on my app

It maybe too early to review the therapy. After 3 season I haven't noticed anything different. The medication doesn't give me any dissociative feelings.

I had done ketamine treatments in the past but what I love about Mindbloom is the comfort and convenience of speaking with my counselor and my nurses and medical team in the privacy of my own home. Everything is so very convenient and stress free, and it enables me to schedule my sessions around my being a mom, a wife, and living my best life possible, thanks to Mindbloom.

For years, I've wanted real change and growth in my life without actually understanding what's holding me back. With Mindbloom, I can get to the root of my anxiety and control issues in a way I've never been able to access with anything else. This level of introspection without shame or judgement is so crucial to my healing— and hard to describe to others who might not be familiar with this kind of treatment. I can't recommend it enough for people like me who are looking to reconnect with who they are and who they know they can become.

I decided to engage in Mindbloom due to genuine curiosity and a too frequent pattern of waking up in the the middle of the night with anxiety. My job is stressful but enjoyable and meaningful. Consciously, I feel calm during the day. After about 4-6 hours of sleep, I tend to wake up from some unresolved anxiety. I have completed all 6 treatments. I was struck by the psychological journeys that the ketamine facilitated. Many times, I would recall memories that were neither profound nor traumatic, but they helped fill out the narrative of my life. They were important life experiences that I did access, but I was surprisingly impacted by meanderings that did not seem profound. after each treatment, I felt an immense sense of calm. (like a new set point). before these treatments, I assumed that the talk “neuroplasticity” was a way to validate a psychedelic journey as scientific. To my surprise, the flexibility of my thinking was strikingly enhanced during the first 72 hours after a treatment. I still feel more mentally flexible 3 months after stopping treatments. my middle of the night anxiety is much less frequent and intense but it still intermittently present.

Had good results from first session with an improved mood and increased energy and motivation. Nine subsequent sessions yielded none of these results.
