I'm really glad I gave Mindbloom another chance! Since restarting Mindbloom, I've seen a difference and I know as I continue to take the medicine and do the treatments I will see improvements in my mental health!

I’ll start by saying I have no idea if ketamine has helped me in a very real way yet. I finished my third session today. The team stresses that the real benefit is the neuroplastic window after the treatment. That being said, the process so far has been wonderful and professional. The intake clinician had very detailed questions to ensure treatment would be safe for me and that I didn’t have any underlying issues. I have a guide who I meet with periodically and I also meet with the same clinician who did my intake to adjust my dosage. There are group integration circles. And the app has tons of instructional videos and audio. All-in-all it’s been a very streamlined and professional experience and I feel very safe while doing it.
