I’ve been so happy with my experience with Mindbloom! I’m incredibly impressed with how professionally and thoughtfully they manage the entire at-home ketamine therapy process. In my opinion, they set the standard for this type of care. After more than 30 years on SSRIs, I’ve experienced meaningful relief from major depression, and I’m so grateful to have found this treatment option. This company is completely unable to ship orders on time. I have been using IV ketamine weekly for 8 years prior to moving to an area that does have any ketamine clinics within 90 minutes. I was unable to take ketamine in the month of August because my clinician was out of the office for 3 weeks so no one could prescribe me my new vial. My most recent issue is that they would not allow me to order my refill right after my 3rd session in the prescription. I had to wait for 4 days to order. Since their pharmacy takes 3-7 days to process orders, I have missed my most recent dose again. Customer support does not care that I am missing doses. They main emphasis to me is that I am still getting all the medication that I have paid for so be patient. There is a reason I am on a weekly schedule - I have severe bouts of depression that will last 6-12 months once one starts. Weekly ketamine is the only thing that has kept the episodes away. If you are on a monthly dose where a few days here and there won't make too much of a difference, they may be ok. For shorter frequencies, I would stay away.

First of all, you do not get enough medication for weekly sessions. You get 3 and then have to wait for an appointment with your technician. Then it takes about a week to get the prescription ordered then another for delivery. Your first 6 sessions will be figuring out your dose starting at the lowest possible so don't expect to get much from those. Your vial has three doses then wait 2-3wks for the next 3 doses. We only discovered my correct done on the FINAL vial. Those beginning doses count as full doses so you will be paying $3000 for mayyyyybe 3 or 4 decent sessions and we spent so much time raising the dose from a microdose standpoint that I have no more sessions, no more meds and I still owe $660. JUST DONT

This is a lifesaving program. I have cPTSD and was referred to MindBloom. I also have a personal therapist, do EMDR, and take SSRIs for depression/anxiety. The content, guidance, insights, and relief that MindBloom offers is a gift to humanity.

Mindbloom is a very compassionate and support therapy system. The guides and clinicians are very compassionate and therapeutically sound. Each and every team member are devoted to meeting the needs of the members and their therapeutic journeys. Since being with mind bloom, my therapy has been overwhelmingly successful. I am finding many avenues of support helping me through my depression and anxieties. As I journey towards serenity and peace in my life. I recommend this company and they're therapy programming 100%. Mindbloom has genuinely been life changing for me. Ive tried talk therapy and all sorts of medications which never really worked for me.. I felt I needed something a bit more “drastic”.
