Not suitable for if your skin is the least bit sensitive
I gave the MimiSilk Iris laser device a try but cannot really recommend it. Even at the lowest setting, It damaged my sensitive skin and caused rosacea and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation! I had to return it and the company would not refund my shipping charge.

We've gone through all the order details, but couldn't locate your order number. Could you please share it with our customer support team at [email protected]? This will help us assist you more effectively and resolve any issues quickly. Regarding the sensitive skin concern you mentioned, we recommend reducing the treatment frequency to 1-2 times per week to help your skin build tolerance. For your safety, please avoid using the Iris 1450nm on skin with rosacea or if you are photosensitive. If you experience light sensitivity or are taking photosensitizing medications, it's best to steer clear of this device. If you're unsure about your sensitivity, consider doing a quick photosensitivity test first. If you're on medications that can increase photosensitivity—like NSAIDs for pain or antibiotics such as tetracyclines and sulfonamides—please exercise caution, as this could lead to serious side effects. Your well-being is our top priority! Regarding the shipping cost you mentioned, I want to let you know that all of our orders are shipped free of charge. The $18.99 USD fast shipping option is a service paid directly to the logistics company. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return your order, the refund won't cover this shipping fee because the service has already been used and enjoyed.
