This company is among the worst I have ever dealt with. They sent a faulty machine and didnt get back to me for days and days. They tried to charge me to send it back even tho I received a bad machine. They wouldn't send a return label, wanted me to record myself using the machine in order to show proof it wasn't working. I finally decided I can't deal with these people so want a refund. Then they try and tell me to close the pay pal case before they'd refund which is ignorant because pay pal automatically closes the case when you are refunded. Seems like the product could be good but there's no dealing with them. I would have just exchanged the machine and they would have made a sale had they not made this such a horrible experience for me
