I received the order pretty quickly but had decided that I wanted to return the item after reading more reviews. I tried to catch delivery person as to not accept package but missed. Contacted customer service repeatedly, both on their website chat and in emails. It's been days and still no response on returning. I noticed this item is just drop shipped from china and the company obviously doesn't have a working customer service department. I would not recommend doing business with them. UPDATE: I was contacted by Mimisilk right after I left this review and customer service was promptly provided along with return shipping label & refund.
