I've used the MimiSilk Iris and currently using the MimiSilk Vera. They do take time to get results, but if you use them consistently they can make a visible difference. I'm in my late 50s and after using the Iris for 8 weeks, my jowls were visibly tighter and my skin was brighter. Take before/after photos so you can compare because you might not notice the changes every day. I'm now trying it on my hands, and the pores look much smaller and again the skin is brighter, currently on week 7 of that. Currently using the Vera because apparently that's aimed more at "mature skin" and am focusing it on my nasolabial folds, lower cheeks and jawline. It's only been 4 weeks, and the improvements are subtle, but when compared to the before photos my lower face and jawline is definitely tighter. Hoping for a difference in my nasolabial lines because they're quite deep! Giving it 8 weeks to really see what happens. Both devices are easy to use and my skin is quite "normal" so no reaction, but I prefer the low/mid settings on both because the higher setting can get a bit uncomfortable for me. They're not cheap, but much easier than going to a salon regularly and no face cream is going to give you these results. My dealings with their customer service has been excellent - updates on delivery and responding to questions about how to get the Vera to work (you have to keep it plugged in, unlike the Iris.)

**UPDATE**: What was a misunderstanding via email between myself and the company, the company DID HONOR THIER RETURN POLICY. They made the return seemless once the misunderstanding was cleared up. Please have the up most confidence this company is reputable and will work with you, and they will honor their policy. Just make sure your communication via email is clear so there is not a misunderstanding. If I could give Zero stars, I would. This laser is not suitable for my skin. I used it per directions for a month, and it has left my skin worse than before I used it. However, I understand that this is a risk. What I am upset about is I have requested a return based on the 3 month return policy. After a series of emails (going on several weeks now), they will not provide me with a means to return, only that they are urging their return department to process the return.

Really wanted to buy and with the discount it was even better. It was free delivery as well. Until I went to purchase and I'm being charged an extra £75 or so in taxes. That brought me right up to well over £400 again. Out of my budget unfortunately. Discount is useless then. Pity I really wanted to buy this product. Taxes way to expensive.

I received the order pretty quickly but had decided that I wanted to return the item after reading more reviews. I tried to catch delivery person as to not accept package but missed. Contacted customer service repeatedly, both on their website chat and in emails. It's been days and still no response on returning. I noticed this item is just drop shipped from china and the company obviously doesn't have a working customer service department. I would not recommend doing business with them. UPDATE: I was contacted by Mimisilk right after I left this review and customer service was promptly provided along with return shipping label & refund.

I am just about to wrap up my 4th week and WOW, I am loving the results. I purchased for hyperpigmentation and collagen boost effects, but what has surprised me most is how quickly it has lessened fine lines and plumped out smile lines. I'm shocked. The hyperpigmentation seems to take longer, but I'm happy to be patient and stay consistent. My favorite part, is this is all you need, no extra products in order to use etc. This has simplified my routine and I really love that! It's easy to use, quick, and for it was pain free.
