Milwaukee ToolReviews of milwaukeetool.com

Milwaukee tools are not what they used to be. They are China junk, and when they break, the company will often not honor the warranty. I have had thousands of Dollars of Milwaukee tools, but I am done with them. I can get mid range tools at another place, and throw them away three times for the same price... and the alternative is just as good for a third the price. Like so many companies that used to be all about quality and customer service, Milwaukee has lost the plot.

Title: Disappointing quality and zero repair support for a "pro" tool "I purchased the Milwaukee M18 PACKOUT with Charger expecting the professional-grade durability the brand is known for. Instead, I have a $300+ paperweight. This unit is only 2 years old and has been used exactly three times. On the fourth attempt, it completely failed to work. When I contacted Milwaukee, I was told the warranty would not cover it. More shockingly, they informed me that they do not even sell the replacement part required to fix it. Their only 'solution' was for me to take it to a service center and pay over $200 for a repair—which is nearly the cost of a brand-new unit. It is unacceptable that a tool used only three times is already broken and considered 'unrepairable' by the manufacturer unless I pay for it myself. Milwaukee claims to be 'Heavy Duty,' but this experience proves their products are disposable and their support is non-existent. I will be looking at other brands for my future tool needs."

The worst in customer service.

Absolutely terrible. I spent £70 on a Milwaukee bolt cutter and it broke after barely using it — maybe 20–30 cuts, and the tips just snapped. My friend had the same problem in the exact same spot. These cutters are fragile, overpriced, and completely useless. Don’t waste your money on Milwaukee — even a £20 Chinese pair is stronger.

Everything in these are built cheap. Battery stay loose. Overhiped product but cheap quality n premium price

Everytime I buy Milwaukee hand tools I'm more and more disappointed. Brand new cutters for copper first use destroyed the copper and will not work. The first set I bought you needed channel locks to turn them. Garbage.
