Im afraid to say they are not what they are made out to be! Got £1000's worth of their m18 tools, they are just not very good quality! 3rd combination drill, under warranty, 2nd multi tool, 2nd jigsaw, sander just out of warranty and failing, circular saw has no guts on any 18mm mdf or plywood! The leaf blower is good, the sds is good and thr impact driver is good but the rest are really basic diy grade, unfortunately I have loads of batteries, but won't be buying anymore! As they die i will switch to makita or dealt, its a shame really

I will never buy a Milwaukee tape measure again. The WORST tape measure ever. I'll got back to stanley tapes. At least they are sturdy

Excellent tools and batteries just poorly designed chargers especially the m18 unless inserted fully melts connection points on batteries

Unbelievable UK service agents in Kent. I got a Milwaukee framing nailer last week, on the 2nd day of work I put it down and it fell over and bent the nose assembly and seized. Sent it back to their service agents via their e-service website having registered my proof of purchase and contact details. Was sent back to me by return with a 3 line piece of paper saying I hadn’t provided proof of purchase. Unreal… why didn’t they pick up the phone? I’d have emailed them whatever proof they wanted. What a total shower of crap.

I've spent thousands on Milwaukee tools. All I needed was a flange nut to attach a brush blade to a weed whacker—both their products. Their customer support told me the part doesn't exist. That I'd have to buy a new weed whacker. After four hours of calls, lies, and runaround, a different tech finally said "oh" and ordered me the flange nut for free. So either they're incompetent and don't know their own products, or they're scamming thieves. Either way, they cost me half a work day with no apology, no accountability, and a promise to "get back to me when they feel like it." I'm done with Milwaukee. Also done with Ryobi, Hart, or anything made by this corporate machine. Lowest common denominator customer service. Scum.

Absolutely crap customer service. Good tools but terrible after sales support.

J'ai eu a faire a deux responsables par téléphone, a l'opposé l'un de l'autre, d'abord un avec qui je n'ai pas pu résoudre mon problème j'ai donc rappeler quelques jours plus tard et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir le chef d'équipe qui a su répondre a ma demande dans les plus brefs délais. Je recommande ce SAV.

I have bought and used Milwaukee power tools for many years, over recent times I have seen a big drop in the quality on some of their products thus I now mostly run Makita tools. Now currently only running 2x m18 Milwaukee grinders and an m18 impact. I recently purchased 2 new Milwaukee batteries from ITS and a rapid charger, these items within hours of being delivered and charged had caught fire in the back of the van causing significant damage. ITS were a massive help and gave me all the relevant manufacturer details. Unknown to me from the damage. I sent some items to Makita for testing not knowing which brand had been the starter, Makita's response was second to none within 2 weeks I had sent items, had them tested and returned with a full detailed report. There findings pointed at the cause being another branded battery which triggered the fire (Milwaukee). In the 5+ weeks now Milwaukee have collected items and that is it, I have made numerous calls and emails to find out if items have been delivered and what the findings are and all have been ignored. A member told me David who is dealing with my case doesn't answer calls. That's Wild. The customer service is absolutely shocking, considering the price tag on their products and the money they chuck at their social media stars. This is a fake brand not for the everyday lads.
