This company does not care about the consumer. I may have well bought batteries and a drill on amazon for 22 dollars than this near 200 dollar set. The charger will not recognize the battery if the charge does down to zero and therefore will not charge it. There are many videos about this on youtube and how to fix it if you are a mechanical person. The company does not want to fix this easy issue because they would rather I pay them 80 dollar to buy new batteries. This is a sham outfit. This product is new and I have rarely used it since I bought it in late 2019 but the consumer reps sure have a great script that they read off to me about how I was at fault for buying this item. Thank you for nothing

As usual the tools are good website and customer support is shockingly bad. I would love to meet the man in charge of the their website to let him know just how s#%t it is.

Back in 2016 I decided to go cordless, I went to Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware & Northern Tools plus I called some other tool retailers online and I asked all of them the same question. “If you were going to a very remote Alaskan community what brand of cordless tools would you take with you?” Everyone I Asked Said "Milwaukee"! Even the guy at Lowes said Milwaukee and they do not sell them at Lowes! I have seen so many more different tools come out from other manufactures since and I did the same survey about a year ago. I got the Same Answer, Milwaukee! I could not agree more, I own 35 pieces of Milwaukee Cordless Tools and I could not be happier with all of them! I would also like to mention their customer service is second to none!

Milwaukee tools are not the least expensive. But I am continually reminded of why I prefer them. Always happy with the performance. However the customer service experience I had recently was top notch. They went more than beyond what I expected. Not only found the replacement saw guide for me but sent it quickly as well as a cap and measure tape for my loyalty. Milwaukee is Fantastic I. My books!!!!

I don't know what it is. But the switches and capacitors keep screwing up on the circular saws. I've just had my 165mm repaired. Now the 190mm rear handle saw has fuxxed up. It's not that old. I have now bought a DeWalt 54v I think it's time to change over as Milwaukee has problems.

M18 Quiklok Fuel Line trimmer. Developed a fault during the first year. Sent for repair. Returned with the same fault. Sent off again, returned with the same fault. Requested a refund as it’s a common well documented fault. I no longer want the tool or a replacement as I loose the right to any future warranty claims on a notoriously faulty tool. Milwaukee are crooks. Avoid at all costs.

Milwaukee combi drill went wrong after minimal DIY use. Cheap junk. Customer service appalling. Fixed it myself in the end as was outside one year warranty. How can a "proffesional use tool" only have a one year warranty.How does a tool magically gain another 2 years reliability just by registering it online? My advice is buy Makita. You can use it day in day out on site work with zero failures.

Jigsaw lasted 3 years, circular saw had repair within a year , sds drill had 1 repair and still not right , multi tool broke after 18 months and they wouldn’t fix it. Don’t buy.
