J'ai au moins 8 outils M18 Milwaukee. En 4 ans, j'ai eu 7 pannes...... Au bout de 3 ans et demi (juste après la fin de l'extension de garantie), je dois remplacer les visseuse et le perfo qui ne fonctionnent plus.

I have a m18chpx, rotary hammer drill and kango,, it's almost 2 years old but is very rarely used , is kept boxed in the van and only used when something's wrong with our corded machine . In the time I've had it it wouldn't have 5 hours working time on it as can be seen by it's condition which is like new . It has already been in for repair only a couple of months after purchase for the same problem it has now again , cannot change between modes , switch will not move . If I had used this machine there may be some excuse for the failures but to be honest this is ridiculous . I have over 5000 euro worth of Milwaukee tools and this is putting me off buying them again . I could not recommend them to anyone .

I recently sent my Milwaukee 120' mid-stiff pipeline inspection camera for repair. Unfortunately, my experience with Milwaukee Tool Repair has been highly disappointing. Summary: Filled out eservice online on December 9th. Received tool on December 12th. Approved a $347 repair on January 4th. Informed of a 7-10 day repair timeline, but it took 20 business days. Camera returned without any repair performed. Instructed to send it back, causing further delays. Impact: As a small business, relying on Milwaukee tools, I've missed out on 12 inspection jobs, resulting in a significant income loss. Call to Action: Seeking urgent attention and resolution to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

Son bought me a heated coat zipper broke and the customer service for Milwaukee tool is not quality service. They don’t care about customer. So all my Milwaukee crap will be changing over to a better brand. Coat only worn about 5 months before broke

ma perceuse visseuse à percussion à été utilisée en amateur. j ai tres peu utilisé la percussion et jamais en intensif. aujourd'hui j ai essayé de percer un trou diamètre 12 dans le béton, après 2 minutes de percussion le moteur c'est mis à tourner au ralenti et depuis la puissance n y ai plus. accus rechargé laissé reposé ,tout nettoyé les contacts, passé un coup de soufflette rien y fait. ryobi fait mieux tout est dit.

Very bad experience, my order did not come and my tracking number did not work either, I emailed them a lot of times regarding my order and they did not even bother to reply.irresponsible. Do not ever order from this website

I bought a new Milwaukee blower and would like to say it’s friggin awsome! It works just like I thought it would!! Just like the rest of my many Milwaukee tools !! I’d totally recommend this to anyone who doesn’t own it at this time!! Mid winter I’ve used it to clean off my wife’s new SUV instead of a vehicle broom!! Like that’s friggin awsome, the low and high function is great!! Can’t say enough about this product!

Spent thousands over the last 7 years on Milwaukee tools and my newest 8ah battery only just out of warrenty id dead even though its the newest and least used and they won't replace it so nearly 4k of tools going on ebay to be replaced with better quality tools. Cheap chinese crap milwaukee has became .
