Milwaukee customer service is non-existent. I had a faulty M12 battery. I contacted them through the email provided. Initially they responded (so it was obviously the right address) and then totally ghosted me when I explained my issue.

Ive had Milwaukee m18 tools for 10+ years and not one tool from the last two generations has lasted more than 4months before needing repaired then your left having to buy another tool to replace it while you wait 2-4weeks im slowly changing to 40v Makita they seem to be holding up better. I'm a carpenter FYI figured it's time to get people away from this brand way over priced for what you get

SAV déplorable ! Ces outils ne sont pas conçu pour les professionnels, j'ai pensé que c'était une bonne marque concurrente de la célèbre marque rouge mais ça n'est pas du tout le cas. En cas de SAV ils ne répare pas, il vous propose de racheter une autre machine et plus cher que le prix marché !!!

i bought this brand for my work staff as our own tools were pretty banged up and these get good reviews which i’m starting to think the reviews came from the company itself! they do not perform as well as they say they do and battery’s do not last very long compared to most infact id say the battery’s are like the black and decker dinky toy i have in my cupboard at home awful

Until they do something with their customer service hours and service center turn around time, its better to spend the extra few bucks and get high quality brand. Warranties are as good as garbage. 2:30pm PST and their customer service center is closed.

I’m 46. I been using your tools for the majority of my adult life. Mostly professionally for money. For the better part of 18 years I haven’t cut a board with anything other than a Milwaukee saw. I bought a pair of your gloves on the 23rd of January. I worked 2 days. The thumb was about to failure, and you were cheaper by 6 bucks than Wally World. Went back to buy a pair today ( 6 days later) and they cost 27.99. Really?? Are you serious? I’ll only use a dewalt saw from now on. I’m ok with sub par tools at a reasonable price. You went one toke over the line. I’m never gonna use anything with a Milwaukee nameplate again. sincerely a long time customer and advocate. Thoroughly disappointed

Köpte en Milwaukee Tumbler (kaffemugg) som kändes väldigt stabil och robust. Frågade speciellt i affären och den var tät. Klart är den det svarade säljaren. Fyllde kaffe, lade den i bilen och naturligtvis läcker den! En mugg för 400 spänn SKALL bara vara tät, tyckte jag! Förutom detta är den helt OK.
