Requested policy changes processed accurately and quickly. Rates much better than other insurance companies for low mileage driving!!! Happy customer for 6 mo. I was involved in an accident with one of their customers and everything Scott Johnson said he would do for me, he did exactly that! I called on March 9th, they had someone come out the next day and by March 11th I was paid for all my damages! He was super nice, super fast, trusty worthy guy and he took great care of me! 10/10 experience for me! Mile Auto is definitely reliable and loyal!

it is alot cheap then any othe inc.. could ask for any better inc when you have an car accident to property then your insurance won't go up well mine didn't so I couldn't ask for anything better
