I contacted Mile Auto to file a claim for an injury accident. I could not have been treated any better. Their representative Derek Moon was very polite, professional and attentive. He went beyond in assisting me to gather the information I needed. If he is an example of this company, you can't go wrong insuring with them. Thank you, Derek and Mile Auto.

The representative was very kind and knowledgeable. Adding my other vehicle was very quick and I received all my documents in my email before the call was over. She gets 10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tiffany Shockley is just amazing, I work in the customer service field, and I know exceptional customer service when I see it. I was so stressed about this whole ordeal, but Tiffany made it easy and painless. I salute Tiffany for being a great representative of this company.

Klyde was very professional and…
Klyde was very professional and friendly. I was getting some errors while submitting monthly mileage. He assured me not to worry and he corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes. It is certainly great to see such high level Customer service and Klyde should be the lead example for everyone else at Mile Auto to follow. rgds, Matthew

Tiffany Shockley, Customer Service Extraordinaire
The person who made this experience so memorable is Tiffany Shockley. She was patient, championing our needs without in the least being difficult; she explained complicated issues to make them easy to understand. She is such a credit to the Mile Auto organization. Tiffany is a go-getter with the perfect customer service orientation and attitude. One of the best I have ever encountered. I cannot speak highly enough of how Tiffany advocated, explained, and worked to make the difficult process of an accident more comfortable. I have no qualms about recommending Mile Auto based on dealing with Tiffany Shockley.
