I never write any review before. But this is I should write review to warning anyone who gonna buy E Bike from mikesbikes. Last years on May 2020 me and my wife we have a chance to bought a new bike. So I bought Specialized Turbo Levo SL carbon comp for wife. MIKESBIKES SF doesn't have it in Store. had to shipped from Contibution Center to Mikesbikes SF. We didn't have a chance to ride it much since. Also when we ride we alway track our miles with Strava. Recorded show 233 miles. On its.( we didn't ride it cause we busy at work) But last month(September 2021) I try to sale it to someone and then check mileage on Mission control App. It's showed 3,400 miles on it. I super curious because I bought two bike at the same time. 1 is Specialized from Mikesbikes 1 is Canyon Lux from Canyon. So I took its back to SF store to investigated what was happen. One of there staff told me that bike may be test ride when they service it. But hey 3,400miles with 124 recharge cycle it's freaking weird for a new bike. Anyway it's ended up they not gonna respond anything about this. Now I'm super upset. I warn you guy before buying an E Bike from them. Make sure check mileage before take it. They might have a few mileage since easy one can test ride the bike in store.(but not 3400miles like me) You get charge for brand new bike price but got a used bike from them it will effect when you try to sale the bike. I give them 1 star because 1 of staff sale very nice. And hope Mikesbikes management should see this Review and do something for me.

Bad customer service, bad attitudes, terrible pricing, take your business elsewhere

I left my bike in for a new headset. When I collected it my expensive unique rear bike lights were missing. This was a stand out bike light that was admired by many. The seat had been adjusted so they should have noticed the lights! I asked where were my lights and they showed indifference. I know my lights were on the bike when I dropped it in. This is an expensive mountain bike that I never leave unattended so I know the lights were on it when I left it in. Btw the service was €75 so expect that they would look after my property

By my mistake, I recently ordered a T2 pro XT 2 bike add on and wanted return it. Mike's Bike has an excellent customer care and quick refunding. I would give 10 stars if possible.

WARNING TO ALL BIKE SHOPPERS! DO NOT BUY FROM MIKESBIKES. If I could rate Zero stars I would! Mikes bikes Palo Alto the manager is a complete jerk he treated me terrible called me a liar and kicked me out of the store after they ripped me off and charging me over $300 for installing cables. I complained they have me come over 4 different times to install a cable that never came in and did instead a patch fix. This place has the most unprofessional people. The manager Justin is a real scumbag.

Terrible customer service! Purchased two bikes, the first was just about $6k for an Orbea Wild. The response was pretty slow to get it shipped but I know they're a large group of stores so I didn't sweat it and when I went to purchase another Orbea about a month later, I figured I would use them again. This time I purchased a higher end model and spent $7300.00. not the most expensive purchases but definitely not peanuts. Same delayed shipping issue but this time they didn't send any of the bikes paperwork, manual, or shock accessories that came with the first Orbea. Also, the bike was used, it had several miles recorded on the digital odometer, one of the grips was scraped as if it had been laid down and the charger was some used, tangled up mess that I can only assume came off an old cruiser because not only was it dirty and scratched but there was a bell (like the kind you'd see on a beach cruiser or kids bike) attached to the cord. When I sent them a message they didn't initially respond until the second email and they're response was essentially 'we never said the bike you get would be unused, just not previously owned'

The only reason I didn't give 5 was because it was a simple order and not much to mess up. I bought some road bike tires that I couldn't find anywhere else. Price was right. They shipped promptly and kept me up to date with tracking, etc. Perfectly satisfied.
