I've had exactly one transaction with MidwayUSA - my first and last. I ordered some Higdon flocked head mallard field decoys. In the photo and description on the website, the decoys came with field stands. When I received the decoys, they came only with stakes. When I emailed and requested they send me the field stands or credit me for having to buy them elsewhere, they refused to do so. I do see since my interaction with them they have changed the photo on the website. It is not an accurate depiction, but better than showing field stands. My frustration lies in their unwillingness to help one potential customer by crediting me or sending me the field stands. On principal alone, I will never shop there again. I deal with a lot of companies online and brick & mortar. It is rare I've had an interaction that left such a bad taste. Whether they are or not, my impression was they are Indifferent and apathetic.

So MidwayUSA continues to earn my business. I get great products at competitive prices. I really feel they provide the THE very best in customer service which is what keeps me coming back. Recently I ordered a Vortex sight that came with bonus rings. Somehow my rings didn't get included when I ordered. (Think it was a network error, when my screen refreshed it was before adding the rings.) I sent Customer Service an email, they fixed it no problem, that easy. Put them to the test.

I ordered several small items on May 31, 2019. Apparently, Midway is using some funky shipping arrangement with UPS where they hand shipments off to USPS, likely to save money so Midway can offer "free shipping." The items were to have arrived on June 4, 2019. It is now June 7, 2019 and the items are supposed to be "out for delivery." USPS lady has already been by, but said the packages may be on another truck. Gotta love that kind of efficiency. Long story short, Midway decided how to ship my order and it was an incredibly bad decision. Maybe they should contract with Amazon to get their ship together...

Been trying to get a catalog for close to a year!! And I just live down the high way from them! I wouldn't buy crap from them!!!!

First and last time I will order from them. Have been waiting for my shipment for a few days, 2 days after the shipment should have arrived. Emails to Midway have gone unanswered, though finally after 30 minutes of waiting someone responded via chat, but told me to wait another day. Zero effort to even contact the shipping company or anything else.

A product is only as good as its service,. Buy giving the worst service your product simply become the worst. They sent extra expensive products and billed me for them, that I did not order, when I told midway I was going reverse the charges through the bank they told me that they would ban me from shopping with them. Challenge excepted, they are not worthy of my business. I have to send the items back. When they receive them they will refund me, that can take up to a month depending on them and the bank.

Midway USA is a great business

Your company could have made my anger go away by just sending me a trigger group which is to have a 5 1/2 pound trigger pull. and made this all go away. But now a have to wait for u and another company send just one part of a SET and then I have to hope this one part matches up properly to have the correct trigger pull. I can not believe that making me go through all this crap will make me happy with your company again, far from it . So in this new attitude of younger business people it is all companies who's BUTT I am suppose to kiss to make Midway usa company Happy and now all customers are dirt under their corporate thumb . There used to be a saying," the customer is always right " but not anymore with the greed of $$$$$$ owners lining their pockets and screw the customers. PS Thanks for not giving me a excuse about the shipping time I waited to get this screwed up order. You call this Customer Service with all the FERTILIZER ( BS )your company just gave me I expect to have a BUMPER CROP in my garden this coming yea
