Terrible. Do NOT do business with this company. You call and can't even talk to someone to ask one question for over 25 minutes. All I wanted to know is why they sent me a black powder for a transfer, I was just calling to make sure it didn't need a background check. There is nothing in the box for me to get a hold of the purchaser, no one can call me back. Midway is high priced anyway, this gun is $60 cheaper from Bud's. How can Midway stay in business?

The worst online parts vendor I have ever dealt with. Shipping policies, customer service really bad. Charge full shipping to return items so you pay shipping twice. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a gun and inquired about changing the order to another weapon within a few hours of the order. I was told it was shipped already from a drop shipper and very unlikely it could be changed but they would let me know if they could change it. That's the last time I heard from them. Later, when I went to the FFL dealer and attempted to collect the gun, I was told that it had been shipped back at a $70.00 cost to me!! First, I never said to ship it back, I had inquired about changing the order. Second, I was never notified it was shipped back and third, I was never informed of the cost to do so. I asked to apply the cost to another gun purchase. They refused but offered free shipping ($14.00) which was available to everyone at the time!! --DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Maybe the worst customer service out of any company I've ever dealt with. Do not buy from MidwayUSA! They will not stand behind their product and will lie straight to your face! The president of the company will not even return an email. Horrendous business! Use Pyramyd Air.

I was charged shipping and tax AFTER the approval of the purchase. This was discovered when I reconciled my bank statement. I called in and had to wait over 45 minutes to speak to someone. Spoke to a guy named Drake who was rude and couldn’t have cared less about customer service. Was told that the free shipping didn’t apply to my order, consisting of a tripod and some paper targets, because it was over 10 pounds. No mention of that up front or even during checkout. Those details are only found buried deep in the exclusions. I could understand boxes of ammo but there wasn’t any of that. I also had no idea they were going to charge me sales tax for an out of state purchase. Had I known these things I’d have never placed he order. Also if you are digging around on their website looking for their address you won’t find it. This is not an honest retailer in my opinion. I was not offered any resolution at all so I’ll never order from them again. They have a very underhanded way of doing business.

They overcharged me and refused to refund the difference.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on December 13 and was given a date of December 19 for delivery. Tracking stopped locating the package after the 16th. It’s now the 24th and I’ve emailed three times and customer service continues to tell me I need to wait until January 1 to file a claim. Are used a company called primary arms to order a replacement and it was delivered three days after I ordered. I would never use midway again

I originally ordered a scope from Midway and it was delivered to the wrong address. The address they had on file was an old address and I didn't see that I needed to update it. I contacted Midway when I saw it was delivered to the wrong address and they told me to stay in contact with them and if it was returned to them they could send it to the correct address. I received an email from them stating it was returned to them and that I should contact them to verify the correct address so that it could be reshipped. I did so and they stated that it had to be re stocked and purchased at a full price even though I had purchased it at a discount of about 200 dollars due to a black friday sale. They stated this is due to tax reasons. I stated that I would be more than happy to pay the difference in taxes but they stated it still had to be restocked. I asked if they could ship to a new address in that same city and zip code as the previous one and they stated no since it would have different taxes. In short, a package was purchased at a sale price and delivered to the wrong address due to an error when ordering. The company will not send the package to the correct address without having to pay full price on the item.
