I’ve used the same Midas ( Happy Valley ) for years. This time the guy at the counter was very rude. Told me “ at some point , I don’t give recommendations anymore “. Well excuse me for being poor and a single lady. My check engine light was on because it needed an oil change, it still is, weird. Shouldn’t that be part of their stellar service. I was very disappointed by his customer service. Won’t be returning to that shop.

Midas Murfreesboro TN, avoid like the plague. Never seen a gang so dishonest. I did not see a satisfied customer leave that place in the 5.5 hours I had to wait for service, even with a appointment. I chose not to let them do the work after watching their procedures all day.

I went to Midas on Victoria Park and Finch this morning, I went to my regular place before I went to Midas and they didn’t have the courtesy of being there or even changing the time on their website, I decided to go over to Midas after that, and they were open and took me right away, cause I told them that I was in a hurry, they were very efficient and accommodating, I’m going to be a customer from now on, thank you so much

Midas at 6740 Tanque Verde in Tucson has been outstanding for me. Top notch professional mechanics, totally professional and honest store managers, quality service at excellent competitive prices, and best of all knowing that your car has been looked at by highly experienced ASE mechanics. All the work they have done, power steering pump, shocks and struts, air conditioning, new tires, and on-board diagnostic checkups have been top quality every time. Thank you Jeff and Ron. Midas is "5 Star" quality all the time.

Had them replace my water pump which they didn't properly install. The work they did resulted in a blown head gasket and me not having a car. They didnt follow proper procedure or handle my situation right at all. District manager and owner will not return my calls and the owner will not accept the small claims papers.

Jan 20th 2021 We took the 2012 Subaru Legacy to fix the exhast system and left it at Midas Westborough to give us an estimate. Instead he did an inspection of all parts of the vehicle. Tyler the district manager then called me and told me that the following would need work. 1) Exhaust Exit pipe 2) 4 Struts 3) Drive Train and CVT Drain Fluids 4) Radiator Coolant He told me the cost of about $3000 and I should have stopped him from doing the work. He said that 4 struts needed replacement and one was leaking. When I reviewed the work sheet it said only that the struts were Degraded Ride/Control. The work sheet has a separate check for leaking. So, I feel he lied to me about the struts. I have the work sheet and will attach it. I returned the car the next day to Midas(Jan 21st) since I noted they forgot to put bolts on the bottom plastic shield. I asked them to inspect the work after they attached the bolts and they said it was fine. The next day, I noted fluid leak on my garage floor and decided I could not trust Midas and took it to Anchor Subaru(Anatosios Barakos 401-760-1199) for evauation. They found a leaking front axile seal that may have been caused by Midas. They also noted that the anti-freeze Midas used was wrong for Subarus. They require a Blue type and Midas used green. They also were surprised at the work Midas did and felt it was not required to drain fluids. They stated the struts should only be replaced if leaking or broken. Antosios will provide more details. Lastly Midas did an alignment and failed to give me a documents showing what was adjusted.

I went and had a oil change, just a simple $20 oil change. After all was said and done according to them. I need a new battery, tire, struts, alignment, gaskets all around. They wanted a total of over $4000. I paid the 20.00. This morning, I went and got my battery tested, it's less than a year old and doesn't need replaced. Nothing they said was true. Shame on you Midas.

I would like to thank the Midas staff on Garfield in Clinton Township for the great work that they do!! Paul for the GREAT customer service, the tech’s Baylor & Adam who work on my vehicle... I don’t hear any rattling 😊! I can’t forget the manager Chris keeping the place safe and clean especially what’s going on in this world at this time!!!Great job Gentlemen keep up the good work..take care and be safe
