MidasReviews of midas.com

They overcharged me for the service and used the excuse that the deal was only valid yesterday when they called me and said they would honor my coupon today. Will never go back horrible and dishonest especially with women. This is the second time but won't be anymore. Won't go back again.

This place is a complete rip off. Please avoid. Took my car in to replace the brakes which were under warranty. They stated I needed new rotors. The rotors were brand new they were barely replaced a few months ago and the brakes weren’t creating grooves into them. When I confronted them about it they were saying it was against the law to change the brake pads without changing the rotors. They are a complete joke. Please go elsewhere. Don’t trust these guys

Simple oil change and the manager (James Neilson) and crew were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this location (Everett Mall Way).

While service is generally prompt and efficient, they shamelessly overcharge for the parts by hundreds of dollars and they find nothing wrong with the practice. I made this mistake once, wasted over $1,000 and will make sure I will never ever make the same mistake again.

I went to the Midas Store on Highway 100 in Nashville on July 27, 2023 for my rear brakes, to replace pads and rotors. They charged me $528. A few days later I noticed I was missing a lug nut from my rear left wheel, they never put the lug nut back on! It is dangerous to drive your car with a missing lug nut, because it causes an imbalance in the pressure on the wheel. I called the Service manager John, who said to me, well you still have four lug nuts so you should be ok. What?!! I asked to bring it in to have the missing lug nut put on, and he told me they did not have a single lug nut in the store. They had to order one so it could not be done until the next day. This is a tire and brake shop, they literally remove and replace lug nuts all day long. how could they not have one? I was nervous about driving my car. I asked to speak to the store manager, Keith Bolduc, they told me they would give him my number and he would call me back. He never did. If I had not seen the missing lug nut I would have continued to drive my car when it was not safe. If that caused an accident Midas would be liable. Extremely poor service and poor response to an issue that they caused. I feel I should have a refund for the brake job and the stress and worry this has caused me. I have called Midas Customer Service number and am awaiting their response.

I went to the Midas on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque this morning. I went to get an oil change, but didn’t have an appointment and they were too busy to fit me in the schedule. But, the gentleman behind the desk was so helpful, came out to my car to check oil levels and took wonderful care of me. I am so grateful. Thank you.

My experience at midas with sales woman apiphany was great

For any wanting to work for this company. Please hold out for something else. This is the bottom of the barrel for a so called business. I worked for them for a short period of time and is was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked for.
