Good valve. Expert service. Midas did a vehicle inspection but did not provide a written report. It is difficult to know the state of the vehicle. It is difficult to know what was checked and what was not. "Nothing to report." is NOT enough information. Midas should ALWAYS provide a written report of ALL items checked during a vehicle inspection.

The worst experience I ever had at a car shop. It's been 3 months since I took my car to Midas. They stole my car by taking it without permission because when I went to get my car they were closed and didn't tell me anything. Then my car got it and Midas told me that not responsible. And the worst is I paid for something that's not fixed still broken this is highway robbery

Onbetrouwbaar. Dienstverlening is een ramp. Klantendienst is onbereikbaar. Ze antwoorden niet tot heel traag op mails. Tot nu toe één antwoord waarin ze een link sturen met hun voorwaarden en - ongelofelijk waar waar - in die link staat letterlijk dat de voorwaarden van mijn offerte en de prijs correct waren. In de praktijk hebben ze op datum afspraak gewoon de helft niet uitgevoerd, wel gezegd dat alles nog in orde ging komen en mij toch op voorhand alles al laten betalen. Helaas ben ik ook zo dom geweest om te betalen. En nadat ze hun centen hebben, valt uiteraard alles stil. Geen excuses, geen terugbetaling en de garage zegt dat alles gaat uitgevoerd worden, maar ik moet dat vragen aan de hoofdzetel. En die heb ik meermaals proberen te bereiken, maar die reageren niet en garage doet dus ook niets. Het is al absurd dat ik de hoofdzetel moet contacteren en dat de garage zegt dat ik hun werk moet doen, zeker als die klantendienst dan nog eens onbereikbaar blijkt te zijn. Conclusie van dit moment : Ik ben mijn centen kwijt, heb geen service gekregen en buiten één nietszeggende mail met een verwijzing naar voorwaarden die aantonen dat ik gelijk heb, daarna nooit meer reactie. Klacht ingediend bij Consumentenzaken. Goedkoop is duidelijk miskoop. Mijn advies: zoek je een betrouwbare garagist, want ik heb nog nooit in mijn leven een bedrijf tegenkomen met een slechtere, onbereikbare en onbetrouwbare klantendienst als bij Midas.

Took my van in,I was told the fuel pump needed replacing. They switched it out. It wouldn't start,so they decided to put a power rod in my tipm switch. Which I was told tested good before hand. Then force started the van , which caused gas to shoot out everywhere I was told. Then they tell me the problem is my tipm switch lol. Took them two days to find one. While they gave us the run around the whole time. Then it cost almost $300 more for the tipm switch. Which my mother had to pick up in Saint Louis and bring out to wentzille Missouri! I finally get my van BK after 5 business days just to have it break down a day and a half later!!! I call Midas an Dillon tells me they can have it towed BK to them an if there at fault it won't cost me anything,BUT if it's something else they'll have to charge me again!!! Just complete swindlers HERE!!! FIXED is FIXED!!! Nothing they did to move van was right at all. They was just randomly fixing stuff that ended up costing me ALOT of money,and I still don't have a working vehicle. Wentzille Midas is a complete scam stay as far away from this place as possible!!!u

I've been dealing with Jr. & Jeff...They were excellent went above & beyond for me...Great job guys!! Will recommend your shop to anyone that asks!!! Thanks again!! George C

On 10/2/2023 my wife and I took her car to the Midas shop at 795 Bethlehem Pike in Colmar, PA. She had run over a nail and the tire would only hold air for about a day. The nail could be seen in the tire tread, it was not in the sidewall. It is important to note that just a few weeks earlier the car was checked over for a small squeaking noise that turned out to be something minor and unimportant. The rest of the car was also checked and determined to be in good working condition at a non-Midas location. We made an appointment to get the tire plugged and went to the Midas shop. A Midas mechanic pulled the car into the work bay and after a very short time, no more than 5 or 10 minutes, the shop attendant came to the waiting area and told us he is refusing to fix the tire. He then gave us a laundry list of items the mechanic wants to work on including transmission, exhaust, shock absorbers, brake pads and all four wheels. We talked with the shop attendant for a little bit while he lied to us about the thickness of the brake pads and several other items. For example he claimed he would take us into the garage and show us the measurement of the brake pad linings, but then he went to talk with the mechanic. When he came back from talking with the mechanic, the shop attendant refused to show us the measurement and said we would have to pay for an inspection first. We declined this and the other “services” and left without losing any money and without creating a scene. After coming home from the Midas garage, I plugged the tire myself and the car has been running fine ever since. Some law enforcement agency should look into businesses that use these types dishonest practices on their customers It's a shame because for more than 10 years my wife and I took cars to this Midas shop. They used to be good, but the people working there now are so extremely dishonest that we can’t go back again without worrying about being lied to or cheated.

The Midas I went to, in Fairfax VA., has excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff! They did exceptional work on my car, and fixed everything perfectly!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone, and I will always take my car ,here, in the future!!

The company could be honest and reputable. My coupon said tire rotation they needed lug key told them where it was and was told they only do rotation if asked, and said in assessment wind shield fluid was filled checked they did not do it. Quoted me cost for repair, it was double my regular mechanic charged. Will never go to midas again.
