Seen a few bad reviews which is surprising! Not sure what store these customers went to? But the one is Ashgrove was awesome! To put things into perspective, I bought a dodgy Ute of a dealer, three days later it stopped working, the dealer had it for a month to replace the head then gave it back to me still in shambles, when I mentioned other issues to them, after paying 15,000$ cash they told me to sue them if I was unhappy. I went to a Diesel specialists and they quoted me 11,000$, I spoke to another mechanic who told me “she’ll be grand” It wasn’t grand, wheels kept spinning out when raining, almost no traction, power issues, devouring my fuel to the point I get 300-350km on a full tank on a Nissan Navara. Breaks not working properly, just to name some of the issues. I went through an enquiry had a chat with them and they were more than helpful. They explained absolutely everything to me, sent me out videos and quotes to be transparent, we talked through what I needed to get done, why, what issue occurred and the potential consequences(which I asked for) if I don’t get these items sorted. They had my fixed and back to me a few days later, sorted everything out and it’s running amazingly! Feels good as new, they did loads of great work and honestly I know nothing about cars(hence why the dealer did me over) Now my Ute is fully functional, I can take her off road and no hazards or issues with overheating anymore either! Thanks to Lucy, who went above and beyond, mark for helping to sort it out and identifying the issues and to the team who fixed it up! Fair play to ya’s, and thanks for an awesome service

Midas Narbonne, Excellent travail réalisé sur notre véhicule secondaire La Punto Evo de chez Fiat avec 230000 kms …. Tout a été fait et même plus, donc n’hésitez pas à confier votre véhicule en confiance totale ! Ils sont jeunes mais très compétents que ce soit en accueil devis ou dans l’atelier mécanique ! They seem to do oil changes well. But, I paid $230 for an incorrect diagnosis on my A/C system - and they wanted $1006 to repair it. It turned out to need a $100 relay, not the parts they suggested. Go elsewhere for more complex mechanical work.

I recently had major repair done on my 2010 Toyota RAV4 and Sahil and the team did a great job. They were understanding, polite, helpful and knowledgeable, they made the whole experience less stressful than it can be. I will be going back for further repairs in the near future and trust my car with them. Thanks guys.

One of the managers, Mike, of Old Bay Road location has been taking care of my family car for over 5 years. Also pleasant, intelligent and personable he is an asset to his company. For that matter both of these men at the front counter were fine and friendly people. A very busy day with unforeseen situations however the team did a great job. I had a terrible experience! Took my car in because of noise when I would press on brakes and when I took it in the repaired my front brakes and did extra service that I never approved of. Charged me 600 dollars for labor and when I picked up my vehicle the same noise was there so I had to return it and it turns out they didn't even check my rear breaks and they had to be repaired. So they let me drive off the lot the first time with damaged rear breaks that cause the noise in the first place and I could have been in a serious accident. Also took 3 days to complete the service the first time and I am the one who had to contact them frequently for a quote or any updates on the repair. Horrible service!! Never going there again!

Made an appointment online one week in advance at the Englewood Ohio Midas. When I got to the appointment they said they did not have the tires and it would take a couple days to get them. They said the online ordering only informs them of the appointment and not the request for tires. I asked what they had instore and they had none my size but they could order them and reschedule. I said thanks for nothing and left. Went down the street and got a same day appointment with a better price. If you have time to waste feel free to go to Midas but if your time is valuable then look elsewhere.

Midas in Bremerton Washington was recommend to me be Discount Tires. I’ve since talked to them and recommended that take this Midas location off their list. I arrived at 9:40 and didn’t get out of there until12:15. I found out they were doing a complete check over without telling me. I had it done just the day before. They told me I need my brakes done. I had them totally check the week before. They said they were in great condition . It seems they were trying to sell something I new was good..This cost me over a hour of labor. They only needed to do the check for what ever it took to Aline my car. Then it took the rest of the time to do the alinement , which they would take about an hour. I also did not appreciate the foul language that was used in the office area and in the work area. They use the F word every time they turned around very loudly didn’t care who heard it (even in the office). This does Not make a very good public display. I even told the man in the office, I did not appreciate the foul language. . I will not recommend this location again ever. Arlee Bauer
