I placed and order
I placed and order. The next evening I was going to add something to the order, but changed my mind and never ordered it. The next morning I checked and the order was placed plus I was emailed to pay the additional. I contacted you many times only to be told that it couldn't be cancelled and I needed to pay then send it back. I filed a complaint with BBB.

The texture of the brushes soft
The texture of the brushes soft, but firm enough to feel like it’s cleaning doesn’t irritate my skin and take off all my make up and debris

Premium products + trustworthy brand
This company sells quality products. I’ve purchased a few at this point and they’re premium and fairly priced. I feel like I can trust Michael Todd as a brand. Also, orders arrive in a timely manner with thorough email correspondence, products are boxed nicely, etc. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience! I highly recommend their facial steamer and sonic smooth device.
