I have purchased a couple of Michael Todd Beauty products. When I experienced issues with them not once but twice, MTB customer service was top notch in taking care of the issues. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind their products.

Fast shipping - excellent customer service. Great product. I experienced an issue with the product as it would never fully charge. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new device. The new device was exactly as described and did fully charge. Great product- great customer service - great company.

I saw the video and it was someone spraying something on the face that made the peach fuzz come to light and easy to razor off. I spent over $100 and received the razor, but there was nothing to put on my face to highlight the hair like it shows in all of the commercials/videos. I have tried in several sensitive areas on my face and it has caused nothing but trouble for me. I was really hoping this would be as wonderful as advertised.

I bought my Soniclear elite July 2025. I charged my device but it would not hold the charge very long. I contacted Michael Todd customer service May 2026, received a prompt pleasant email, was given my options, and now will be getting a replacement device! Very pleased with their response. Thank you!

Honestly I was blown away by their customer service. Support emails were replied to promptly - and by humans! That in itself was so refreshing. And they helped me with my replacement accessory without any hassles. Not only that, I think the product itself is excellent. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered the sonic smooth pro plus. Unfortunately, the product was not charging but the customer service has been great. They provided me two different options for replacing for a new item. I’m still awaiting my new item and I’m sure it’s gonna be top-notch this time.
