Great product, outstanding service!
I purchased the Sonicsmooth Pro+ × 1 in March of 2024 and absolutely love the product. It’s easy to use and provides similar results as a dermaplane treatment at the spa. Unfortunately my device stopped working last week and I reached out customer service about the issue. I received a prompt response with two options for replacement, both of which are very customer friendly. I am extremely satisfied with both the product and service provided. THANK YOU!

Amazing customer service
My unit has stopped charging. I reached out to them yesterday and got a response within 24 hours. They are willing to back up their product and send me a new one. You can’t ask for better customer service than that!

I love my device and customer service is fabulous
I love my device so much and it’s been amazing at removing peach fuzz. Plus it’s saving me so much money as my local salon tries to charge $75 to dermaplane with a facial. Recently I took the device on a vacation and TSA confiscated it! I was so bummed and reached out to Customer Service and they are replacing the device since I still have all of the other components. They were so quick to respond and so helpful! Amazing customer service to be applauded!!!

Great customer service
I have been using my Sonic Smooth for over 7 years and it just decided to stop keeping its charge. I contacted Customer Service and they will send me a replacement. I was very happy to hear this. I’ll continue being a customer and try their other products. Thank you

Great service on a great device
I love my sonic pro+ but one day it came on by itself and wouldn’t turn off. I was really bummed so I contacted customer service and they were awesome. They are replacing my device for free and aren’t even requiring me to send the defective device back. I can’t wait to get my replacement. I miss it!

Great results with my Sonicsmooth Pro+
My Sonicsmooth Pro+ is easy to use, and I have been pleased with the results. I had gotten used to an increasing amount of blond peach fuzz on my face and decided to try the Sonicsmoooth Pro+ after reading good reviews online. My experience has been positive, and I am glad to see smooth youthful looking skin on my face again. My makeup looks better now, too.
